The complete cafe experience for weddings, birthdays, corporate events and more. Includes signature drinks made for your occasion.
Details
- Service sized to your guest count and hours
- Full setup, teardown, and cleanup
- A working session to design your signature drink
- All milks, including alt milks, at no extra charge for guests
- Travel within 25 miles of downtown Wilmington is included. Beyond that, it’s $2.50 per mile, round trip.
- A 30% non-refundable retainer holds your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event.
- Cancel more than 30 days out and your balance is released. Inside 30 days, half the balance still stands.
- Outdoor dates need a written rain plan. We’ll make the call together 24 hours ahead of time.
- At full service events, tipping is up to the host.
- A general liability certificate is available on request for venues that require one.
- Guest count and add-ons can be adjusted up until 10 days before your event.

Syrups, cold foams, and toppings are laid out like a latte bar, while a barista stays on site pulling fresh shots, steaming milk, and whisking matcha to order.
Fully self-serve
Self-Serve Bar
A true self-serve setup: mini bottles of espresso and matcha, and larger bottles of cold brew, alongside milks, syrups, and cold foams for guests to build their own drink.
